Breaking a symbol from the movie Robin Hood: The famous “Robin Hood tree” from the movie “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves” was discovered sawed in half, shocking visitors who had come to see it on Thursday, September 28th.
After a police investigation, a 16-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the incident. Upon observation, the severed tree stump had white paint markings, and the cut surface appeared smooth as if it had been sawed.
Some of the branches were found lying on the wall of Hadrian’s Wall. Following the investigation, the police arrested the 16-year-old boy on charges of causing criminal damage.
