Singer Ariana Grande and her husband, luxury real estate agent Dalton Gomez, have separated after nearly two years of marriage. The couple quietly split earlier this year, according to a source close to the pair, who said Grande and Gomez “have been quietly and lovingly working on their friendship” since then.

Over the weekend, Grande was spotted without her engagement ring and wedding band while enjoying a day at Wimbledon in London, where she is filming the movie adaptation of Wicked.
Last August, the 30-year-old pop star shared a makeup tutorial on TikTok without wearing her ring, but was quick to shut down any divorce speculation, saying “I’m just not wearing my wedding ring, it’s getting cleaned. I’m not getting a divorce before you start, don’t,”
In May, Grande posted on Instagram to mark the couple’s second wedding anniversary, with a “2” representing their years married and “3.5 together” for the total time they were a couple. She captioned it “I love him so.” Gomez also shared loving photos for Valentine’s Day this year which Grande reposted, writing “I love you” with a heart emoji.
Grande and the 27-year-old Gomez privately wed in May 2021 at their home in Montecito, California, with less than 20 people attending the intimate ceremony. A source at the time said “The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”
According to a source, “Dalton’s entirely unfazed by the scope of her celebrity, and is very grounding for her. He’s young but mature and knows what he wants out of life.” Another source described Gomez as “He is very hardworking and focused. He is low-key and doesn’t like attention. He isn’t impressed by celebrities. He is perfect for her.”
The singer and Gomez started dating in January 2020 and announced their engagement 11 months later. They largely kept their relationship out of the public eye, though Grande offered a rare glimpse in November 2021 when she shared photos of Gomez on Instagram.
